Our bylaws state that the Lake Johanna Improvement Society "is a nonprofit corporation organized for the purpose of property owners to cooperatively deal with issues of the Lake as a whole: weed control, safety, water quality, building of community spirit, and dealing with government agencies to effectively address issues."
Membership in the society is open to the approximately 104 home and institutional property owners on Lake Johanna.
